- Plan Activation: ₹5,000 का भुगतान करने के बाद plan तभी active माना जाएगा जब payment सफलतापूर्वक verify हो जाए।
- Wallet Allocation: Plan के अनुसार ₹4,000 wallet balance और ₹1,000 security/subscription component का accounting website/plugin में अलग-अलग दिखाया जा सकता है।
- API Verification: Eligible transactions को authorised API/service provider के माध्यम से verify किया जा सकता है। API failure, downtime या third-party service interruption की स्थिति में processing में देरी हो सकती है।
- Cashback Eligibility: Cashback केवल eligible transactions और active plan rules के अनुसार calculate और credit किया जाएगा। हर transaction cashback के लिए eligible होना आवश्यक नहीं है।
- Cashback Rate: Cashback rate plan की current configuration के अनुसार होगा। Website/plugin पर दिखाई गई rate applicable rules के अधीन होगी।
- No Guaranteed Profit: Cashback को guaranteed income, investment return या fixed profit के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा।
- Wallet Balance: Wallet में दिखाई देने वाला balance website के internal ledger के अनुसार होगा। Suspicious, duplicate या disputed transactions की जांच के दौरान संबंधित amount temporarily hold किया जा सकता है।
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal केवल plugin में निर्धारित minimum amount, verification और eligibility conditions पूरी होने पर किया जा सकेगा। कुछ withdrawals के लिए admin approval आवश्यक हो सकता है।
- KYC / Verification: Fraud prevention और compliance requirements के लिए user से additional identity, mobile, email या payment-related verification मांगी जा सकती है।
- Duplicate/Fraud Accounts: Multiple accounts, fake transactions, manipulated UTR/API data, automated abuse या किसी अन्य fraudulent activity की स्थिति में account suspend किया जा सकता है और संबंधित rewards/cashback cancel किए जा सकते हैं।
- Refund & Cancellation: Refund केवल applicable refund policy और plan-specific conditions के अनुसार होगा। पहले से credited/withdrawn cashback को refund calculation में adjust किया जा सकता है।
- API/Third-Party Services: Third-party API provider की outage, technical error, rate limit या service discontinuation के लिए processing delay हो सकता है।
- Account Security: User अपने login credentials, OTP, UPI/payment information और account access को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
- Modification of Plan: Company/business plan की features, eligibility criteria, cashback rules या technical implementation को future में modify, suspend या discontinue कर सकता है। पहले से validly credited amounts पर applicable rules के अनुसार treatment किया जाएगा।
- Prohibited Activities: Money laundering, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, fake identities, unauthorized payment methods या illegal activities के लिए platform का उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
- Acceptance: Plan activate करने या इसका उपयोग जारी रखने पर user इन Terms & Conditions को स्वीकार करता है।
